The aim of equine–properties.com is to be the leading quality horse property web site on the web.

One of the main problems of finding a suitable horse property on the web is the fact that the participating R/E agents only have a small number of properties in their listings that match the relevant criteria maybe 2-3% of their properties listed in fact. These properties are also not identified as horse properties and therefore, the total Rural section of each agents web site has to be searched, this is a long and tedious task.

The big difference at E-P is that we advertise only horse properties, we understand the industry and your needs, and we are independent of any real-estate agency which means we are not involved nor do not effect the normal commissions paid to the agents that advertise through EP.

We realise that a horse property is not just land on which you can graze horses, but in fact, there is a wide range and many types of horse properties depending on different criteria. At E-P we have tried to organise our properties in a logical format that should allow you the user, fast and simple access to the properties that interest you, without wading through those that don’t.

Although you can view all the properties in E-P, we highly recommend that you take the short amount of time necessary to register as an E-P member.
