A horse property is not just land on which you can graze horses, but in fact, there is a wide range and many types of horse properties depending on different criteria. At E-P we have tried to organise our properties in a logical format that should allow you the user, fast and simple access to the properties that interest you, without wading through those that don’t.

The most significant difference at E-P is the amount of information available on each property when compared to normal R/E web sites. We have tried to cover all aspects of each property segment. Although anyone can view all the properties in E-P, we highly recommend that you take the short amount of time necessary to register as an E-P member. As this gives you access to the full data base on each property and a private and secure portfolio into which properties of interest may be saved (and reviewed and/or downloaded later).

As this type of site has not been attempted before we must assume that over the next 6 to 12 months this web site will change to match the market and our members requirements.
